NZ Muscle offers FREE DELIVERY for New Zealand delivered orders over $100, courier charges for orders below $100 are as follows:
How we operate:We use CourierPost, NZ's most extensive delivery network. CourierPost call in for pickups several times during the day and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast! When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a speedy delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk) Approximate delivery times:Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours) are as follows:
Back-ordersWhere any of the items ordered are on back-order, you will be notified by email within 24 hours with the option to either 1) purchase on back-order and we will source your product from the supplier, or 2) replace the back-order item with an alternative product. Damaged goodsIn the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods. |
