Delivery

Standard CourierPost Delivery:

COURIERPOST-DELIVERY-HEADER

NZ Muscle offers FREE DELIVERY for New Zealand delivered orders !

We use CourierPost, NZ's most extensive delivery network. CourierPost call in for pickups several times during the day and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast!

When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a speedy delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours. However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk), please note this in the comments at check-out.

Approximate delivery times (during normal work hours, Monday-Friday) are as follows:

  • Auckland - same day, or overnight if afternoon pickup
  • North Island - overnight delivery
  • South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.

CourierPost don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 
Urgent Tonight Service - Auckland only:
URGENT-TONIGHT

NZ Muscle now also offer a unique Urgent delivery service that will get you your parcel delivered that same night.

How it works:
Simply order with NZ Muscle before 3.45pm any weekday and select Urgent Tonight for your delivery option. An Urgent courier will collect your parcel for delivery that evening between 6pm and 9pm.  This offer is currently only valid weekdays in the Auckland area.

The cost:
Urgent tonight costs a flat fee of $10 Auckland wide

Click & Collect:
Order online and collect your order from your preferred NZ Muscle store.  Please allow up to three working days for your order to be transferred to the store of your choice for collection.

Back-orders
Where any of the items ordered are on back-order, you will be notified by email within 24 hours with the option to either 1) purchase on back-order and we will source your product from the supplier, or 2) replace the back-order item with an alternative product with your permission.
 

Returns

Damaged/faulty goods
When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at sales@nzmuscle.co.nz with your order number and photos of the product.

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please contact us with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within seven days of receipt of goods.

Refunds
We only provide refunds for faulty products.  

​We do not refund for change of mind purchases. At our discretion, we will provide a credit via NZ Muscle loyalty points if the product is returned unopened with proof of purchase.
