How do I order products?
You have three options for ordering products from NZ Muscle:
1. Simply add the product(s) that you require to your shopping cart and when you are happy with your final shopping cart proceed to checkout. At checkout follow all steps until your order has been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email immediately. If you have any difficulties or experience problems whilst ordering please contact us.
2. Use our manual order form and either fax, mail, or email it to us.
3. Phone us with your order - 0800 NZ MUSCLE.
How do I know that I am getting the best price available?
All our listed prices are well below the recommended retail prices. Our focus is to pass on as much discount to you the end consumer. To ensure you get the best value for money you should:
- order the larger sized products, which offer best value per serving.
- Order all the products your require together to save on delivery charges.
- check our specials which are included in our monthly newsletter.
Can I have an order delivered to another address than my home?
Certainly, Once you have signed up you will be able to add additional delivery addresses to your account. This is particularly useful if you want to have your goods delivered to your work address.
I can't see the product I am after?
Let us know if there is a particular product that you want and we will see if we can source it for you! We have helped several customers obtain specific products for their individual requests.
How will I know if a product is out of stock?
In the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.
