FREE DELIVERY on orders over $100, courier charges for orders below $100 are as follows:

• Auckland $3.50
• North Island $7.50 
• South Island $10.00

HOW WE OPERATE:  We use CourierPost, NZ's most extensive delivery network.  CourierPost call in for pickups several times during the day and orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your product super fast!  When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. To ensure a speedy delivery, we suggest you have your package delivered where you will be during working hours.  However parcels can be left at your door upon request (at your own risk)

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES: (during normal work hours) are as follows:

• Auckland - Same day, or overnight
• North Island - Overnight delivery
• South Island - Overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)

*Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.

BACKORDERS:
Where any of the items ordered are on backorder, you will be notified by email within 24 hours with the option to either 1) purchase on backorder and we will source your product from the supplier, or 2) replace the backorder item with an alternative product.

DAMAGED GOODS:
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please email sales@nzmuscle.co.nz with your claim and we will endeavour to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
