great bulking product which tastes great!!
-- to mix 4 scoops well using a shaker, you need a 8 - 16 oz cup and shaker. add 1 scoop to 200 mls of water in shaker, shake 15 secs then add 2nd scoop shake for further 15 seconds then pour into cup, repeat the step with the final 2 scoops then pour into cup. stir contents in cup then drink.

I have had very good results using this product. I put on 5kg of muscle in the first two months of using this product and my body fat stayed the same. A great mass gainer.

I am the ultimate in hard gainers and have tried all sorts. on this stuff i gained 5kgs on my first bag and vertally no fat. now on my second bag.

I started out 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops after I train, literally put on a kg overnight!
I'm now 6 months into training with Mutant Mass at 3 scoops in the morning and 3 scoops after training and I'm 11kgs heavier of mostly muscle with no change to my diet other than the mass gainer!!!

This thing it work i try it for 15 days and I was 162lb and in 6 weeks turn me to 175lb which is 13 pound I gain it does work but it is costey

This is good stuff, It helped me gain 4.5 inches on my chest after 2 bags and lot of strength as well. I was increasing my weights on my compound exercises by 2kgs minimum every week. I went from 85kg max bench press ( without spotter) to 102.5kg (with spotter). Arms also increased from 14.2 inches cold to 15 inches on the dot. Recommended for those wanting to increase weight, strength and size, and thats coming from an ectomorph. By the way I used to weigh 68kgs and now I'm 75kgs at 6ft1.
