Before:
Start drinking GU Electrolyte Brew before starting your workout, to maximize hydration levels. We recommend 16-24 oz. of GU Electrolyte Brew consumed about an hour before exercise.

During:
During exercise, consume 20-30 oz. of GU Electrolyte Brew per hour.

After:
After finishing your workout continue hydrating with GU Electrolyte Brew, but supplement this with 16-32 oz. of GU Recovery Brew to help your body replenish what was lost during exercise.
