Define™ contains whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate and whey protein isolate which delivers a wide range of amino acids to help tone muscles, reduce body fat and support the immune system. Blending three quality proteins means that define™ can be taken at any time of the day, pre or post workout to ensure that you receive short, medium and prolonged absorption of protein. Directions:

Mix 25 grams (1 scoop) into 250mls of light milk, or water and blend or shake. Define™ can be taken at any time of day, however it is best used at the following times:

Post Workout: Within an hour of exercise.

Pre Workout: 1-2 hours prior to exercise.

Snack Alternative: Substitute snacks with a define™ shake.

Meal Replacement: Replace breakfast or lunch with a define™ shake. To increase the nutritional content, try adding fruits, yoghurt or cereal and blend.
