Solgar MSM powder contains pure OptiMSM™, a premium source of MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) a naturally occurring sulphur compound proven to support joint and connective tissue strength and resilience.  MSM provides sulphur for incorporation into collagen for the healthy structure of skin, hair, nails, and cartilage. 

Directions:

As a food supplement for adults, one-half teaspoon daily with 227 ml of water or juice, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
