   Balance Matrix 7 is a fantastic-tasting proteinpacked formula scientifically formulated to support on-going muscle growth and repair. It delivers a sustained amino acid release profile from 7 different protein sources. Taste has been an important factor in developing this formula.

Directions:

Take 60-90 minutes prior to training. Post training, take within 30 minutes of exercise. Can be taken before bedtime, to help support muscle growth and recovery while you sleep.

Add 40g (approximately 1 1/3 scoops) to 300mL skim milk or 300mL water and shake or blend until mixed.
