Directions:

Ressurect-PM is an extremely powerful sleep and recovery supplement strictly intended for use by healthy adults 18-50 years of age. To assess your tolerance to Ressurect-PM, start by consuming 1/2 scoop 30 minutes prior to sleep. Recommended serving is 1 scoop mixed with 200-250ml of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to sleep. Take Ressurect-PM for 5 days in a row and then take 2 days off.

Ive used this product for afew weeks now I must say it gave me a good nights sleep because muscle growth occurs while we are at rest or asleep and this gave me the best results so I highly reccomend this product each time I use this product I woke up with loads of energy and felt alive aswell :)
