L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. Among its various uses, L-Glutamine works to repair damaged muscle and reduce catabolism.

Following intense exercise or moments of stress, the body uses glutamine or, in times of glutamine deficiency, Branched-Chain amino acids (BCAA’s), stored in the muscles in order to recover properly.
