Do I need an NZ Muscle account to shop with you?
If you don't wish to set-up an NZ Muscle account you can checkout as a guest, however you will miss out on earning loyalty points.
Setting up an account is easy and means you will earn one loyalty point for every dollar spent. 100 points equals $5 which can be used towards purchases at checkout.
Having an account also enables you to sign in to your account and view your current and past orders and store delivery and shipping addresses.
You will also be signed up to receive our promo emails containing the latest specials and deals!

If you are having trouble logging into your account and have done password reminder, please contact us and we can help you.
How do I unsubscribe from your promotional emails?
To unsubscribe from our promotional emails, open any promotional email sent to you from NZ Muscle and scroll to the bottom of the email and click 'Unsubscribe'.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the subscription removal to become effective.
Ordering & Payment
I placed an order but have not received an order confirmation, help!
If you have placed an order and have not received an order confirmation within a few minutes, please firstly check your junk and promotional email folders.
If you still cannot locate your order confirmation and order number please contact us and let us know;
The form of payment used (Credit card, debit card, afterpay and Laybuy) and your email address If you have paid by credit card, please let us know the last 4 digits of your credit card If you have paid by afterpay or Laybuy, please let us the reference number you received from them This information will help us to track down your order number.
I need to change/cancel items on my order
Once you have placed your order online and payment has been processed we cannot charge you for any additional items you may want to add to your order. You will need to place an additional order for these items.
If you would like to swap flavours for the same product ordered, we may be able to facilitate this if the flavour is in stock and you get in touch with as soon as possible. During sale periods, swapping flavours is not possible due to the high volume of orders being dispatched.
Unfortunately once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel orders unless there is a genuine error at the time of purchase e.g. the same order was placed twice within minutes due to a technical glitch. Please contact us as soon as possible so we don't ship multiple orders to you."
What payment options do you offer?
We offer a range of different payment methods, available at checkout, including:

Pay by Afterpay
If you don't already have an afterpay account you will need to create this before placing your order.
Once you have an account, at checkout select afterpay and you will be redirected to the afterpay site where you can log into your account and accept the purchase. Once the payment has been processed you will return to NZ Muscle and receive an order confirmation and order number. Please do not refresh the page or click away until the order has been processed successfully.
You will receive an afterpay order confirmation separately to your NZ Muscle confirmation email and you can use this to see when payments will be charged to your card.

Pay by Laybuy
Pay by Laybuy and spread your payments out over 6 weeks, interest free. If you don't already have an Laybuy account, you will need to create this before placing your order.
Once you have set-up a Laybuy account, at checkout select Laybuy and you will be redirected to the Laybuy site where you can log in and accept the purchase. Once the payment has been processed you will return to NZ Muscle and receive an order confirmation and order number. Please do not refresh the page or click away until your order is confirmed.
In addition to an NZ Muscle confirmation email you will receive a seperate email from Laybuy which shows when your card will be charged.

Pay by Gift voucher
We accept NZ Muscle vouchers online via the promo code field at check-out.
You can enter the code from an NZ Muscle gift voucher by either adding items to your cart and viewing/editing your cart or at checkout on the review and payment page at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promo codes, as the website only accepts one promo code per transaction. No change/credit is given so the value of the voucher will need to be used in one transaction.

Use NZ Muscle loyalty points
If you are signed up to NZ Muscle, make sure you log in when making purchases to earn NZ Muscle loyalty points. For every dollar you spend you will earn 1 NZ Muscle loyalty point. 100 points equals $5.
Use your loyalty points towards purchases by signing in to your account and selecting to use your loyalty point balance at checkout.
Please note loyalty points are not transferrable for cash.
Shipping & delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Depending on your location, you will have different delivery options available to you. For an overview of our shipping options, please see our shipping options.
What shipping options do you have?
We offer free delivery nationwide with our shipping partner Courier Post.
Estimated delivery times* during normal work hours, Monday-Friday:
Auckland - same day or overnight North Island - overnight delivery South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels) Rural addresses - will take longer than the above stated timeframes
*During sale and holiday periods dispatch and delivery may take longer with larger volumes of orders. If you need your order in a hurry, select one of our upgrade options.
No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
Signature required delivery
Signature required delivery is free and can be selected at checkout. This option is recommended if you don't want Courier Post to leave your parcel unattended and is recommend for high-value items.
Neither Courier Post nor NZ Muscle is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery.
Authority to leave - please note, if you or someone at the delivery address has previously given authority to leave parcels, Courier Post may deliver your parcel without a signature.
Urgent Tonight - Auckland only
For Auckland addresses in the Urgent Tonight delivery area, get your order delivered between 6-9pm Monday to Friday for a flat fee of $10.

2. Place your order before 3:45pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and select Urgent Tonight at checkout
South Island overnight delivery
For South Island residents, we offer a overnight delivery service to the South Island via Courier Post air freight for $10.
To qualify for this service:
Order before 3:45pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) and select South Island Overnight. Orders placed on a Friday will normally be delivered the following Monday Rural addresses that are not within normal delivery timeframes are excluded from this service
Has my order been shipped?
You will be able to find shipping details for your order in the email sent when your order is dispatched. You can manage delivery notifications via the shipping link.
If your order is showing as delivered but you are unable to find to, please check your surrounding areas for the order or for a calling card if signature is required.
If your order is missing or there is something wrong with delivery, please contact Courier Post on 0800 COURIER and quote your tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address?
The wrong address is on my order, what can I do?
Once you have placed an order online you cannot change the shipping address under your account. As we pick and pack orders fairly quickly, there is a small window of time where we can try and update the address for you.
The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is to call us or email with ""Change of address"" as the subject line with your order number. We'll do our best to help you out.

My order has been shipped with the wrong delivery address, what can I do?
If your order has been shipped with the wrong delivery address, please contact Courier Post on 0800 COURIER and quote your tracking reference. If not out for delivery, Courier Post should be able to update the address on your parcel.
It says my order has been delivered, but I think it is missing! What do I do?
If your order is showing as delivered but you can't locate it we can lodge an investigation with the courier for you.
Please be aware that it may take several days for the courier investigation to be completed. We are not able to resend any items until the couriers have completed the investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
