What has happened to Shotgun Supplements?
Shotgun supplements has been sold to NZ Muscle, effective 2 July 2018.

I used to shop at Shotgun Supplements, what should I do now?
From the 2 July 2018, the Shotgun Supplements website will no longer exist. NZ Muscle sells a very similar range to Shotgun Supplements so you can shop at and enjoy free and fast delivery, loyalty points on purchases and freebies in your orders.

If you have trouble finding any products that you used to purchase from Shotgun Supplements, please contact us and we’ll see if we can source these products for you.

I had an online account with Shotgun Supplements, what happens to my account?
Your account will no longer exist. Sign up to NZ Muscle and you can take advantage of our loyalty programme and earn points on every order when signed in!

Can I still purchase Snow White and or Shotgun Supplement branded products?

I have a gift voucher from Shotgun Supplements, is this still valid?
Yes, NZ Muscle will honour customers with Shotgun Supplement gift vouchers. Please contact us to arrange processing of your gift voucher.

I ordered from Shotgun supplements and there is a problem with my order, who should I contact?
If you have ordered from Shotgun supplements prior to the 2 July and you have a question regarding your order, please contact us so we can resolve any issues with you.

How do I become a NZ Muscle member?
Signing up to NZ Muscle is free and we'll hook you up with some great benefits! Just fill out our simple registration form.

How do I change my contact details?
Moving house and you don't want someone else to get their hands on your purchases? You can update and edit your contact details here.

How do I keep keep my password safe?
Here's some handy tips to keep your password safe from prying eyes:

  • Never share your password
  • Choose a password containing letters and numbers that is at least 6 characters long
  • Don't use simple passwords
  • Don't use your name or birthday as your password.
  • Don't use "password" or any other easily guessed option.
  • Use a different password for NZ Muscle than you do for your Internet banking or your email.
  • Change your password immediately if you think it has been compromised.
  • Remember to log-off when you have finished shopping


What are the payment options?
We accept the following payments:

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Direct Credit
  • Cheque

We'll give you instructions for each payment method at checkout.

How do I order products?
You have three options for ordering products from NZ Muscle:

  1. Shop online and simply add the product(s) that you require to your shopping cart and when you are happy with your final shopping cart proceed to checkout. At checkout follow all steps until your order has been submitted. We'll send you a confirmation email immediately.
  2. If you have any difficulties or experience problems ordering please contact us.
  3. Not so keen on shopping online? Use our manual order form and either fax, mail, or email it to us!
  4. Give us a call and order over the phone - 0800 NZ MUSCLE (0800 69 68 72).

I cannot sign for my parcel, what options do I have?
If you cannot sign for your order you can state in the comments field at check out that you approve for your order to be left at the delivery address unattended, at your own risk.

How do I know that I am getting the best price available?
All our listed prices are well below the recommended retail prices. We want to pass as much of the discount on to you as we can. Want to get the best value for money when shopping with us? We reccommend you should:

  • Order the larger sized products, which offer the best value per serving
  • Order all the products your require together to save on delivery charges
  • Check out our specials which are included in our monthly newsletter

I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email?
Please check your junk and spam email folders and make sure you add NZ Muscle as a safe sender. If you still can't find any email confirmation, please contact us.

I can't see the product I am after, can you help?
Give us a call or email if there is a particular product that you want and we will see if we can source it for you! We have helped several customers obtain specific products for their individual requests.

How will I know if a product is out of stock?
Unfortunately sometimes some products are so popular they fly out the door! In the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will let you know within 24 hours.


How much is delivery?
Delivery is free!

How long does delivery take?
Approximate delivery times from when your order has been shipped are:

  • Auckland - same day, or overnight if afternoon pickup
  • North Island - overnight delivery
  • South Island - overnight delivery, or two days with economy (for larger parcels)

Rural deliveries can sometimes take an extra few days.

What days does the courier deliver?
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. They don't collect or deliver parcels on weekends and public holidays.

Can I have an order delivered to another address than my home?
Definitely! Once you have signed up you will be able to add additional delivery addresses to your account. This is great if you want to have your goodies delivered to your work address.

I haven't received my order?
Please track your order online at Parcels are not collected or delivered on the weekend or public holidays. If the courier has attempted delivery and no one was home they will leave you a calling card with information on collecting your parcel or arranging re-delivery.

Returns and refunds

My product is damaged or faulty, what should I do?
Please email us at with your order number and photos of the product.

What is your refunds policy?
We provide refunds for faulty products. When you receive your parcel, please check it as soon as possible and if there are any issues please email us at with your order number and photos of the product.

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. At our discretion we will provide a credit via NZ Muscle loyalty points if the product is returned unopened with proof of purchase.
