What has happened to Shotgun Supplements?
Shotgun supplements has been sold to NZ Muscle, effective 2 July 2018.

I used to shop at Shotgun Supplements, what should I do now?
From the 2 July 2018, the Shotgun Supplements website will no longer exist. NZ Muscle sells a very similar range to Shotgun Supplements so you can shop at www.nzmuscle.co.nz and enjoy free and fast delivery, loyalty points on purchases and freebies in your orders.

I had an online account with Shotgun Supplements, what happens to my account?
Your account will no longer exist. Sign up to NZ Muscle and you can take advantage of our loyalty programme and earn points on every order when signed in!

Can I still purchase Snow White and or Shotgun Supplement branded products?
Yes, these are available to purchase on www.nzmuscle.co.nz.

How do I become a NZ Muscle member?
Signing up to NZ Muscle is free and we'll hook you up with some great benefits! Just fill out our simple registration form.

How do I change my contact details?
Moving house and you don't want someone else to get their hands on your purchases? You can update and edit your contact details here.

How do I keep keep my password safe?
Here's some handy tips to keep your password safe from prying eyes:

  • Never share your password
  • Choose a password containing letters and numbers that is at least 6 characters long
  • Don't use simple passwords
  • Don't use your name or birthday as your password.
  • Don't use "password" or any other easily guessed option.
  • Use a different password for NZ Muscle than you do for your Internet banking or your email.
  • Change your password immediately if you think it has been compromised.
  • Remember to log-off when you have finished shopping

Ordering

What are the payment options?
We accept the following payments:

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Direct Credit
  • Afterpay
  • Laybuy

How do I order products?
Shop online and simply add the product(s) that you require to your shopping cart and when you are happy with your final shopping cart proceed to checkout. At checkout follow all steps until your order has been submitted. We'll send you a confirmation email immediately.

If you have any difficulties or experience problems ordering please contact us.

How do I know that I am getting the best price available?
All our listed prices are well below the recommended retail prices. We want to pass as much of the discount on to you as we can. Want to get the best value for money when shopping with us? We reccommend you should:

  • Order the larger sized products, which offer the best value per serving
  • Order all the products your require together to save on delivery charges
  • Check out our specials 

I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email?
Please check your junk and spam email folders and make sure you add NZ Muscle as a safe sender. If you still can't find any email confirmation, please contact us.

If you have paid with Afterpay or Laybuy, please let us know the reference number for the order.

I can't see the product I am after, can you help?
Give us a call or email if there is a particular product that you want and we will see if we can source it for you! We have helped several customers obtain specific products for their individual requests.

How will I know if a product is out of stock?
Unfortunately sometimes some products are so popular they fly out the door! In the event that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will let you know.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed and payment taken we cannot cancel an order, unless placed in error. If you have placed an order in error, you will need to contact us within an hour of your order being placed to cancel it.

I recently placed an order and you have launched a sale, can I get the discount and promotional offers applied to my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been processed and payment received, we cannot apply any futher discounts or promotions. In short we don't back date promotions as it would not be fair on other customers.  At our discreation, if your order has been placed within an hour of a promotional discount sale, we can add the difference in savings on your order total as loyalty points to your NZ Muscle account. 

Delivery

How much is delivery?
We have a range of free and paid shipping options.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated* delivery times from when your order has been shipped are:

  • Auckland - same day or overnight 
  • North Island - overnight delivery
  • South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
  • Rural deliveries - will take longer than the above stated timeframes
*During sale and holiday periods dispatch and delivery may take longer with larger volumes of orders.  If you need your order in a hurry, select one of our upgrade options.

What days does the courier deliver?
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. They don't collect or deliver parcels on weekends and public holidays.

Can I have an order delivered to another address than my home?
Definitely! Once you have signed up you will be able to add additional delivery addresses to your account. This is great if you want to have your goodies delivered to your work address.

I cannot sign for my parcel, what options do I have?
If you cannot sign for your order you can select non signature required at checkout. Please note, neither Courier Post nor NZ Muscle is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery.

I haven't received my order?
Please track your order online at www.courierpost.co.nz in the first instance. Parcels are not collected or delivered on the weekend or public holidays. If the courier has attempted delivery and no one was home they will leave you a calling card with information on collecting your parcel or arranging re-delivery.

Returns and refunds

I've received damaged/faulty goods. What should I do?
In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, please send photos of the issue and your order number to sales@nzmuscle.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll need to make contact with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the matter.

I've received Incorrect products, help?
If you have incorrectly received an item, please send your order number to sales@nzmuscle.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll organise for the item to be returned and replaced free of charge. Incorrect items must remain unopened and in orignal sellable condition.

What is your refunds policy?
Refunds are only provided for faulty products. We do not refund for change of mind purchases. At our discretion, we will provide a credit via NZ Muscle loyalty points if the product is returned unopened with proof of purchase.
