Doing what I love every day as a Personal trainer at NZ Muscle Gym and online coaching whilst I study a Bsc Nutrition at uni. I truly believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to and it's amazing that I get to help people to realise their ability to smash any goal and improve their overall wellbeing with motivation, nutrition and fitness
My two motives for success is hard work and determination. If it was easy, everyone would do it. Be the hardest worker in the room, and never settle for less. Because nobody else is going to chase those goals and dreams for you. Your actions today will determine your future. So what are you waiting for?
