CourierPost is still currently experiencing significant delivery delays.  As at 23 May 2020, the estimated delivery delays are:

  • Auckland - 2 weeks  
  • Waikato - 10 working days 
  • Rest of NZ - 5 working days

Click and collect is available at:

  • NZ Muscle 187 Queen Street, Auckland - 7 days a week
  • NZ Muscle HQ 58 Apollo Drive, Rosedale, Auckland - Monday to Friday between 10am-5pm

Please note click and collect orders require 2-3 business days to process.  We will contact you when you order is ready for pick up.
All orders need to be placed online prior to collection. Select your click and collect location at check-out.

Upon pick up, please follow the instructions at our click and collect locations to ensure collection is contact-less.


I recently made an order, will this be shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification. If your order hasn't been dispatched within 2 working days, please contact us as we may be waiting on stock from a supplier.

For Auckland residents, we strongly suggest selecting to Click & Collect from our two click and collect locations or selecting Urgent Tonight at checkout and getting your order delivered between 6-9pm the same day (for orders made before 3:45pm). Check if you are in the Urgent Tonight delivery zone here.

My order has been shipped and there is a problem with delivery, help?
If your parcel is taking longer than CourierPost's current delivery estimates here or there appears to be an issue with delivery, please contact CourierPost on 0800 COURIER in the first instance.  If you are not able to rectify the issue with CourierPost, please contact us and we will open an investigation with CourierPost. Please be patient as we work through several hundred inquiries.

Will my order be delivered to my closed work address?
If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address which is now closed, you can request to have the parcel directed to an alternative address once your order is dispatched through NZ Post's online tracking tool, using your tracking number or call 0800 COURIER.

Alternatively, contact us if your parcel hasn't been shipped and we can update the delivery address.

My parcel is taking too long, can I change to click and collect?
Unfortunately as soon as your order is shipped, we can not change your order to click and collect.  We appreciate the delivery delays currently being experienced are frustrating but this situation is completely out of our control.

My parcel has been lost by CourierPost, what happens now?
If CourierPost has deemed your parcel missing, please contact us.  We will open an investigation with CourierPost and once the parcel is confirmed missing and passed to claims we can organise a replacement. Please understand, these are the steps we have to follow in order for CourierPost to cover a replacement.
