HOW WE GOT STARTED

NZ Muscle is proud to be 100% NZ owned and operated, starting out of founder, Dion's, family home while studying.

Way back in 2006 there was a very little to choose from in NZ. Protein powders were expensive and tasted like chalk. Dion thought, there has got to be a better way and NZ Muscle was born.

Since then the business has grown from strength to strengh, with NZ Muscle's first shop opening in Auckland in 2009 and now we have four stores across Auckland.

At NZ Muscle we're all about helping people to look good and feel great, providing you with high quality sports nutrition and bodybuilding supplements.

We have products for all shapes and sizes, male or female, for the hardcore bodybuilder and the everyday gym goer, because let's face it......not everyone wants to look like Arnie (but there's nothing wrong if you do!)
