NZ Muscle Price Promise

At NZ Muscle, we strive to offer you the best value for your supplements. Our Price Promise is designed to ensure that you receive competitive prices on identical products. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions below:

Price Promise Requests:

• NZ Muscle reserves the right to refuse a Price Promise request if the price falls below cost.
• Price Matches are at the sole discretion of NZ Muscle.
• To be eligible for a Price Promise, the customer must be a member of the NZ Muscle loyalty program.
• Price promise is available online only and only on eligible products. Eligible products can be identified by the price promise watermark.

Competitor's Advertised Price:

• The customer must provide the NZ Muscle team with a competitor's publicly advertised price.
• The products must be identical, in stock in the requested quantity, and available for sale by both the competitor and NZ Muscle at the time of quoting (i.e., no pre-orders).

Product Criteria:

• The product must be new and identical, including brand, flavour, year of manufacture, size, and quality.

Retrospective Requests:

• Price Promise requests will not be considered retrospectively after an order has been placed or a purchase completed with NZ Muscle.

Cost Inclusions:

• The competitor's price must include all associated costs, including GST & taxes, delivery, freight, fees, and charges.
• The competitor's product price must factor in any bonus offers or gifts offered by NZ Muscle.

Exclusions:

• NZ Muscle will not price match against Marketplaces or Independent sellers.
• Price Matching does not apply to Auto-Ship or similar services.

Response Time:

• Our Customer Care team will aim to respond to your Price Promise request within 48 hours (Monday-Friday only). However, in busy periods, the response time may be slightly delayed.

Loyalty Program:

• NZ Muscle Loyalty Points will still be earned when price matching.

By participating in the NZ Muscle Price Promise, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. NZ Muscle reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
