NZ Muscle offers FREE DELIVERY nationwide! We use CourierPost, NZ's most extensive delivery network.

Estimated delivery times* during normal work hours, Monday-Friday:

Auckland - same day or overnight
North Island - overnight delivery
South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural addresses - will take longer than the above stated timeframes *During sale and holiday periods dispatch and delivery may take longer with larger volumes of orders. If you need your order in a hurry, select one of our upgrade options. No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

Signature required delivery
Signature required delivery is free and can be selected at checkout. This option is recommended if you don't want Courier Post to leave your parcel unattended and is recommend for high-value items. Neither Courier Post nor NZ Muscle is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery. Authority to leave - please note, if you or someone at the delivery address has previously given authority to leave parcels, Courier Post may deliver your parcel without a signature.


South Island Overnight

$10 per shipment - order before 3:45pm (valid weekdays, rural addresses will take longer).

Urgent Tonight 6-9pm delivery - Auckland metropolitan area only

Live in Auckland and need your supps in a hurry? Order before 3:45pm Monday to Friday and select Urgent Tonight at checkout to get your order delivered the same day between 6-9pm for $10! To ensure you qualify, please check your address is within the Urgent Tonight service area.

Priority dispatch

Jump the queue and ensure your order gets packed and dispatched ahead of the pack for $15 (Sunday-Friday). Your order will be prioritised by a dedicated team member. Delivery is via CourierPost standard delivery - signature required. This option is great during sale and holiday periods!


Order online and collect your order from your preferred NZ Muscle store. Please allow up to three working days for your order to be transferred to the store of your choice for collection. You will be contacted, when your parcel is ready for collection.


Damaged/faulty goods

In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, please send photos of the issue and your order number to sales@nzmuscle.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll need to make contact with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the matter.

Incorrect products

If you have incorrectly received an item, please send your order number to sales@nzmuscle.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll organise for the item to be returned and replaced free of charge. Incorrect items must remain unopened and in orignal sellable condition.


Refunds are only provided for faulty products. We do not refund for change of mind purchases or order cancellations. At our discretion, we will provide a credit via NZ Muscle loyalty points if the product is returned unopened with proof of purchase.
